Prices effective January 2017

Qcrew will prepare all BBQ items live for you in front of your guests . Our crew will operate in a space of @ 10 x 10. 

Tent covered buffet tables, tablecloths as well as quality disposable plates, utensils and napkins are included in the price per person. All necessary condiments are also included in the cost per person.
Please note: Tents may not be available if windy conditions create a hazard.

Qcrew's catering charges are based on menu price per person plus labor, travel and 7% NJ state sales tax of all food and beverages. 

Price breaks for all packages are at 50, 75 and 100 ADULT guests. 
Children Under 11 are 1/2 Price and Under 4 are Free

The labor charge is adjustable and based in the nature of your event. Additional staff are available including servers, bartenders etc., contact us for details. Please note, the labor charge is not a gratuity. Gratuities are optional and may be offered directly to the crew on the day of your event. 

Travel Fee is added to offset cost fuel and event vehicles. No travel fee is applied for events in Hunterdon County. 

Standard on-site cooking minimum is 50 ADULTS.  

During the months of May thru September the 50 ADULT minimum is required for all Saturday BBQ/Pig Roast events. 

The 50 person minimum is also required on July 4th, Labor Day weekend and Memorial Day weekend. 

The 50 person minimum is always required for BBQ Pig Roast Events.

On other days of the week if the head count is below 50 ADULT guest count than a $50.00 grill fee may be added to offset the cost of equipment for BBQ events only. Due to the costs of staging these events, full service BBQ events are not available for gatherings of under 35 guests at anytime. Holiday labor rates for Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas may apply. Ask your catering adviser for details.

A Traditional Pig Roast Served Hot Off The Roaster.  

We start with a premium quality USDA Inspected whole young pig. We slow roast it on our 
portable roasters for up to 10 hours depending on the size of the pig.  Our custom portable
 roasting ovens allow us to start roasting early in the morning so the pig is ready when your event 
starts. Our chef arrives at your party two hours prior to your grill time. Your guests will enjoy viewing 
the fully cooked pig on the roaster. Our chef will answer questions and give out samples. At serving 
time the chef will pull the hot, tender and juiciest pork off and on to your guests buffet.

Frequently asked pig roast questions:

Q: Will it taste like supermarket ham?

A: First, supermarket cuts, such as chops, ribs or hams are cut from large pigs, not roasting size pigs.   So, supermarket pigs tend to have fat along the outer pieces.  Roasting pigs are much smaller and have not been "fattened". Bacon or ham purchased in a supermarket have been "cured" in salt and smoked, that is why the ham and bacon are pink and salty.  A roasted pig will be white in color because it it fresh and has no additives. 

Q: Will the pig taste like smoke?

A:  A pigs skin is very thick and blocks almost all the smoke from penetrating the meat.  The meat will have only a hint of smoke which gives it the traditional flavoring.
